POV Point of View Series

P.O.V. What's New?

SEASON 21 ANNOUNCE

P.O.V. returns for our 21st season on June 24 with a powerful and provocative slate of films that explore the human stakes in such American election-year issues as war and peace, health care, border issues and race relations.

This year's films also provide unique journeys into family burdens of the not-so-distant past, into the weirdly familiar backrooms of Japanese politics, and up one of the world's most fabled — and fast disappearing — waterways: China's Yangtze River. Plus, the best Johnny Cash documentary ever.
